Returns and Refund Policy
All our pieces are handmade to order, especially for you. So they are final sale.
For pieces that were received damaged, we have a 2 day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to fill the contact form on website. Please send your note with photos of the damage to request a replacement. To be eligible, items must be without wear and in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase. Upon confirmation, we can send you a tracked and insured shipping label which shall be the only label used to return the package. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement piece!
